The problem
Most dive centres run on a WhatsApp phone, a whiteboard, paper forms and spreadsheets. The information is there, but it lives in one person's head and three different places.
What I built
One system where each guest has one record. The inquiry becomes a booking, the booking puts them on a trip, and every dive they log is added to their invoice. Guides log a dive on a phone in four fields, and medical forms are signed online before arrival.
